Email is a very important part of any personal or office environment. Having an email system that is reliable and easy to use takes the guess work out of communication. We have been working with Microsoft Exchange for about the last 20 years. The Cloud version of this product is Microsoft Exchange Online. Over the past 7 years we have used Exchange Online for all our clients and have found it to so reliable and easy to use that once it is setup I often rarely hear from them again. Microsoft Exchange Online is so much more than just email. It also manages Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks. That means that you contacts and calendar as well as email is easily synchronized with your mobile device. It also has built in spam protection. Since all the data is stored in the cloud there is no more loss of contacts, calendars, or email. Adding contacts to your mobile device is easy because it can be done through Outlook on your desktop which automatically syncs. If you lose or break your mobile device you can have all you data restored within minutes.

OFFICE 365 MANAGEMENT

Office 365 is the Microsoft Office Suite of Products. These products are sold in several different ways from Software Subscriptions to Online Office. There is always a method that will work best for you. We have been working with Microsoft Office Products for over 20 years and have a very clear understanding of the value of these products.

Remote Support is a very important part of computer technical support. I am able to connect remotely to your workstation or server and provide support just as though I was sitting in front of the computer. There are 2 different ways for me to connect remotely. For my preferred customers I can install a small program that would allow me to connect at any time to your computer. This allows me to work after hours and not disrupt operations during the day. It is also possible to install a small program that would allow me to connect on a case by case basis. Whatever the need we have a way to make it easy and efficient for you.

Document Management can be a very complicated and challenging undertaking. I will take the guess work out of document management. Utilizing OneDrive and SharePoint we will setup a way to store documents that will make them easy to locate and track as well as make them available on your mobile devices. They would also be constantly backed up with multiple versions so the worry of losing documents is gone away.

Voice Over IP is the latest way of handling office phone systems. No expensive phone PBX systems or phone lines. All phones are managed and setup in the cloud. This allows great flexibility in a modern phone system. The phone just needs to be connected to the internet and you're in business. You can also utilize softphones on your computer or mobile device. Domain name and DNS management are largely misunderstood by most of the industry. The DNS is the main traffic cop for all your domain traffic. That includes website access and mail routing. It is very important that these settings are set up and maintained correctly. I have many years of experience managing Domains and DNS. We can also register domain names.
